Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Earrings and body jewelry (pierced)
Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
Sale/clearance items
Personalized/custom-made products
Return Process

Pack items securely in original packaging
Include your order number on the package
Ship to our return address (provided upon authorization)
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the issue
We'll arrange for replacement or refund
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
